Like many people you may prefer the personal, homely atmosphere of a small and friendly Bed and Breakfast to the impersonal and featureless rooms of a large hotel; if you do then we have the ideal place for you to stay. We operate a working farm in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside, the setting is superb with magnificent lakes and gardens that have been featured in the Sunday Times and on the TVs Gardeners World. Conveniently placed for London Heathrow (30mins) and Oxford city centre (20mins) we are ideal for both the tourist and the business user.
We have just 3 excellent rooms, a cosy twin room with two single beds with brass bedsteads, a double 'Victoriana' style room with wrought iron double bed and oak beams, and a deluxe double with superb kingsize bed. All rooms have en-suite toilet facilities, private shower, complimentary toiletries and fluffy bath robes; central heating; windows that you can open; trouser press; radio alarm clock; hairdryer; comfortable sitting area; colour TV; smoke detectors; refrigerator and hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits.
Our secluded setting at the end of a private lane means that there is no passing traffic, no car doors slamming and no people shouting to disturb your sleep, and when you wake from a good nights sleep to the aroma of freshly baked bread and breakfast cooking on the Aga stove you will experience real farm house living. Enjoy a hearty full English breakfast, or if you prefer we can supply a healthy vegetarian alternative.
For the convenience and safety of all our guests we are a completely non smoking establishment. Unfortunately, because of the nature of the accommodation we do not cater for children under the age of 10 years.
