The grounds offer the perfect place to just sit and relax, ideal for an away-from-it-all break or as a base for those who want to explore the many attractions that the region has to offer.
Each of our 26 luxurious single, twin, double, family rooms and Executive suites are individually decorated using soft, warm colours, fine fabrics and supremely comfortable furniture that suits the style and character of the building. Although we have gone to great lengths to retain the historic charm and feel of the original building, we also strive to keep pace with the requirements of the modern guest and all of our rooms are equipped with stylish en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and complimentary toiletries; central heating; opening windows; well lit work area with desk, lamp, meeting (dinning) table and direct dial telephone; trouser press; hairdryer; radio alarm clock; comfortable sitting area; colour TV and hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities.
Our Moat Room restaurant has a wonderful feature fireplace and you will find a warm and intimate atmosphere, perfect for a romantic meal.
