 We have two superb, family owned and operated guest houses situated on the sea front with magnificent sea views, a wonderfully relaxed and friendly atmosphere, comfortable accommodation and a well earned reputation for the warmth of welcome and hospitality that each of our guests are given during their stay.
Just a short distance from the town centre, overlooking the sea and Sunderland coastline, our two guest houses are right next door to each other and provide the perfect place for visitors to the area to stay. With the town of Sunderland only minutes away, as is the University and the Stadium of Light we are centrally located for all of the areas delights, you will find us close to the Sunderland Empire and at the end of the C2C route.
We have 12 well proportioned and tastefully decorated room, most offering en-suite facilities plus tea and coffee making facilities; biscuits; central heating; windows that open; colour TV and smoke detectors. Entry into the building is by electronic coded entry system which enables guests to come and go as they please.
Both guest houses are family owned and operated and we have gained an enviable reputation over the years for the genuine warmth of welcome and hospitality that our guests receive, the high standards of our accommodation and the hearty breakfast that is included in the price of the room.
We are a family oriented establishment with cots and high chairs available on request and a play area for children in our secure garden.
