Good stuff: close to the sea, quiet location, the cooked breakast itself was tasty and cooked correctly.

Bad stuff: had to wait on the door for 2 mins before the bell was answered The wifi link kept stopping on a regular basis. there was no hot water on a least two different days made to feel uncofortable asking for more toast/coffee at breakfast the shower in the bath could not be used as a shower as the head was partially blocked and the temperature/water flow fluctuated between hot/cold The sound on the TV stopped intermittently and the remote control could not be used as it was sellotaped up and the batteries were dead. the bedding was quite sparse, we had to ask for additonal blankets, and it was quite uncofortable as there was no mattress cover - just a sheet on top of the mattress.

Overall: generally the hotel was just sad, tired and depressed, the cleanliness was bordering on dirty - needless to say we shall not be staying there again
