Originally built as a magnificent Victorian mansion, you may feel the influence of the classic French Chateau as its design was taken from the great French houses of that period and includes distinctive turrets and other French design features. It stands in its own grounds and has six acres of woodland, parkland and gardens for you to enjoy during your stay.

Our Hyperion Restaurant was named after a famous racehorse and is a stylish, yet relaxed and informal setting to enjoy the fine cuisine for which it has become renown. An exquisite dinning exp[experience that is completed with a perfect bottle of wine from our cellar.
