 Our warm and welcoming establishment is based around a 17th century farm house. Originally built as a farm house in the 17th century and sympathetically extended and improved over the years, and now providing the finest in comfortable, relaxing surroundings, the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Set on the the outskirts of Alsager on the Cheshire and Staffordshire border we are just seven miles from Crewe and eight miles from Stoke on Trent.
We have 57 well proportioned and elegantly decorated single, twin and double rooms, all stylishly and comfortably furnished with warm harmonising colours, soothing pastel shades and soft fine fabrics that create the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and soothing place to stay. Each room is equipped with all of the fittings that are expected by todays traveller, with en-suite bathroom with shower; a work area with desk, lamp and direct dial telephone; trouser press; AM/FM radio alarm clock; hairdryer; comfortable sitting area; colour TV with satellite channels; smoke detectors and a hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits.
We have an award winning restaurant, Ostlers, where you can dine on some of the finest food in the area. The consistent quality of our food, the excellent service from pleasant and friendly staff and our extensive cellar of fine wines from around the world has gained us an enviable reputation and is a popular eating place for guests and locals alike.
If you prefer something a little less formal, you can try the excellent food from the bar menu in our stylish, contemporary Stables Bar, the perfect place to sit and relax with friends, or just unwind with a drink from the bar.
