Standing in the centre of the High Street in the town of Tonbridge, we are directly opposite the Castle and the Tonbridge Public School, making us easy to find. Our magnificent Tudor building has a long and fascinating history, with many original features still retained it is rich with authentic charm. Originally built as a Post house and Coaching Inn, we have over three hundred years of experience in welcoming travellers on the road to or from London and providing them with good food, drink, a welcome place to rest. We still do more or less the same, except now the accommodation we provide is some of the finest you will find.
We have range of single, twin and double rooms, each one is elegant and stylish, with all of the facilities that are now expected from an establishment such as ours. Less than thirty minutes from London by train we are idea for those visitors who need, or want, to be in the city by day but prefer to leave the nose and grim of the city behind them at night.
