Our charming establishment was originally built in the 16th century as a splendid Jacobean farmhouse and has undergone many changes over the years. In the 1950s it was first used as a guest house and many famous people have stayed here when performing in the Midlands, including the Beatles and Cilla Black. The present owner took over the business in 1990, and under their guidance it has become the premier hotel in the area, winning many awards for excellence in accommodation, service and food.
