Bad stuff: Towels in room hadn't been changed since last guest. Door didn't fit properly so woken up between 1.00am and 4.am by rattling every time someone arrived back to their room and slammed their door. Walls so thin was woken up by sounds of people talking next door and in corridor outside. Altogether a very disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.
