COMMENTS: Bookings must be confirmed by a credit or debit card with all relevant information. Money will not be debited until the account becomes payable. We simply obtain an authorisation from the card provider. For cheque or cash payments, please send a 25% deposit to confirm the booking. Deposits are normally non-refundable.
Contact us immediately if you have to cancel. Your cancellation is effective from the date we receive notification in writing. If we are able to re-let the room, a pro-rata refund will apply.
Accounts are payable in full the night before departure. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, American Express and Switch. If whole payment is to be by cheque it must be with a cheque guarantee card or be sent in advance in time to clear before arrival. (minimum of 4 working days)
We reserve the right to refuse anyone who in our opinion, is not suitable. In such cases all charges will be refunded in full. We also have the right to discontinue to accommodate any person who, in our opinion, behaves unreasonably, damages property, is a danger to or significant annoyance to others. In this event no refund will be due. We do not take single sex parties regardless of how many in the group. Any groups booking on the internet will be turned away at the door with no refund due. (No exceptions).
