Wonderful location in the heart of the beautiful sea side town of Hastings. We are delighted to offer a good choice in accommodation with high standards of service at very reasonable rates. Situated on the sea front and enjoying marvellous views as you rise and shine each day.

Lovely place to have those few days or even your summer holiday as you get settled in to very well appointed and tastefully decorated accommodation. All our ensuite rooms are charming with design, furnishings and fabrics that give you a sense of comfort and that home from home ambiance.

We are just a short walk to the bus and train stations and there's plenty of car parking just a few metres away.

Whilst we have created a peaceful environment visitors should note that we have a nightclub which operates from Thursday to Saturday nights. Excellent for the young at heart and we are fully sound proofed.

Once you are settled and rested - be sure to explore the town - there's plenty of beach life, walking, photographic options, cliff top views. Evenings are filled with choices of fine restaurants, attending the White Rock Theatre, Cinema and during the month of August enjoying the Carnival.

Hastings Museum and Art Gallery are worth visiting as are the Miniature Railway and the Fairground rides. Children love the amusement arcade and the Country Park is the ideal place for you to stroll as the younger ones let off steam.

Be sure to enjoy the Beer Festival and the Torchlight Procession in October.

Good stuff: The food was very good.Comfortable room with view of sea.The staff are worthy of the highest recommendation

Bad stuff: Some areas,such as carpets,are worn or tired and require renewing.

Overall: We had a very pleasant stay,the service and food were very good and the staff commendable.
