We have a rather unique position overlooking the Race Course which makes for something special during the Balloon Festival time of year - look from your window and watch the many different coloured balloons being launched - something for all ages to enjoy.

For those who love cricket we are just a 5 minute walk from the Northampton County Cricket Club - summer season sees plenty matches on. We are close enough for you to enjoy Silverstone Formula 1 Racing each year just a short drive away.
Just a mile in to the town centre where you can make the most of the shopping options, see what's on at the theatres - The Royal or the Derngate and perhaps combine that with a pleasant dinner in one of the many fine restaurants making it a perfect end to a wonderful day here in Northampton.
