Good stuff: there are none!!!!! we refused to stop in the hotel.

Bad stuff: everything!!!!! the place needs knocking down!!

Overall: i booked a surprise birthday weekend for my girlfriend, the hotel looks great on the website. but when we arrived the room wasn't ready, this was now 3.30pm!!. so both my girlfriend and myself went to look around the hotel, what a mess!! the room for a start didn't have a view,the restaurant was disgusting, silver tape on the carpet, mold on the radiators, we refused to stop in this hotel, i can't see how the hell it got 3 stars, never in a month of sundays is this place 3 star, i wouldn't put my pet in this place.
