Good stuff: Rooms are always clean and in good order
Bad stuff: My first room was cold but the reception changed my room at once as soon as I raised my concerns.
Overall: AS always staff are friendlly, professional and helpful. I like the free newspaper as it is nice to relax and read after a long journey.

Overall: I found the whole experience very good. Booking was simple, check in, good, the room clean and the facilities reasonable. I have stayed in this particular hotel before and knew a good deal about it. Overall excellent value for money, and I will use it again
