Located on the north bound side of the M5 we are ideally placed as an overnight stop for those who are passing through our area, or as a base for visitors who want to travel around the region and explore the many attractions and beautiful Somerset countryside.

It is hard to imagine an easier to find location, on the north bound carriageway of the M5. The perfect place to stay if you are passing through the area, or if you are looking for a convenient, pleasant, reasonably priced place to make your base and as a guest of the hotel you can enter and exit via the service area and do not have to go miles out of your way. The area offers many interesting and exciting things to do, with the beautiful Somerset coastline and popular seaside towns of Minehead, Burnham on Sea and Weston super Mare just minutes away.
Although we are on the service area to a busy motorway, you may be surprised that we are far enough away from the carriageway for the traffic noise not to be a problem, in fact it is probably less than you would expect from a city centre hotel. Parking is away from the main service area and our reception is open 24hrs each day. We have 40 well proportioned and stylishly decorated double rooms, that have twin or double beds, plus a sofa bed, and can accommodate families of two adults and two children. All of our rooms have all of the facilities that you would expect to find in an establishment of this quality, including a wonderful 'Hypnos' bed; en-suite bathroom with bath or shower and complimentary toiletries; direct dial telephone with fax machine; trouser press; central heating; windows that you can open; iron and ironing board; radio alarm clock; hairdryer; colour TV with satellite channels; smoke detectors and hospitality tray with tea and coffee making faculties.

Good stuff: Nice clean modern facilities and sky tv to keep all the family entertained.

Bad stuff: The 2nd bed not particularly comfortable - it would have been better as a bunk or 2 singles or a single with a slide out mattress rather than one bed.

Overall: Very good - it was the second time we stopped here on our way down to Cornwall.
