Good stuff: The reason I`ve had to score the hotel so poorly is because the flush in the toilet didn`t work. That is such a basic need for a traveller. I can`t believe a room`s toilet facilities are left unattended as it must have been broken before I arived. I certainly reported it as I left. The absence of a flushing loo, contibuted to my decision to leave before the end of the day, along with the threat of heavy snow - ie I did not stay the night. Had everything worked, the room would have been good value.
