We are a well located budget hotel in Birmingham. Good value for money in the heart of the city centre.

When on a visit to Birmingham everyone wants to be close to everything, in a comfortable budget hotel, at a great price. With Birmingham's Etap hotel, that is exactly what you will get.

Many our returning visitors have said "We wouldn't stay anywhere else, your place is in a great location and doesn't cost the earth." Also, "We will be recommending you to our friends. For the price of a cheap B and B we have just got a clean room in the middle of Birmingham. Who could ask for more?"

We are located close to many of the main attractions the city has to offer. There are many shopping centres within 1km, which is a reasonable walking distance. Just to the north we have Birmingham Town Hall, just to the west is Birmingham International Conference Centre. We are surrounded by cinema's and theatres. The best of modern cinema can be seen at the Imax, just east of us. We are the perfect place to stay when for exhibitions at B.I.C.C.. Also a great location for business travellers or holiday visitors.

We are easy to find within 1km of Birmingham New Street Train station, so you don't have to bring the car. Also, both Digbeth Coach station (under redevelopment reopens in 2009) and the Birmingham Central Coach Station are a short walk away.

Good stuff: Reasonable price easy to get to from the main station. Staff very helpful

Bad stuff: Room not vey clean, especially the carpet which had a lot of dust and dirt behind the door and in other places.

Overall: Overall alright apart from the clealiness of the room. Staff very helpful
