Visit the Water Tower in Carshalton with its striking architecture and landscaped gardens designed by Charles Bridgeman, complete with a canal and a tree lined avenue this 17th century mansion house and grounds is truly spectacular.
Honeywood Heritage Centre by Carshalton Ponds dates back to the 17th century also and is filled with fine furnishings, exquisite design and decor and is well worth a visit. Little Holland House is open to the public and takes you back in time - this was the former home of the artist Frank Dickinson and is filled with his work, pieces, friezes and arts and crafts.
