We are very close to the train station and the BIC and we provide excellent conference rooms and business support for those that require. A short walk takes you to the chic and stylish shopping centre where you can treat yourself in the beautiful boutiques, glorious gift shops and then indulge in an afternoon tea.

The golden sandy beaches stretch for miles and are the perfect place for you and your family to have fun, frolics, sunbathe, swim, build those sand castles and enjoy the open air and relax. Bad stuff: Very poor conditions of the rooms. Had to change our room three times before we were satisfied and then purely to save the aggravation of changing to another hotel as such a late time.

Overall: The staff, service, food and bar facilities were very good, but unfortunately the condition of the rooms let the hotel down. Having booked an executive room on line and received confirmation of this we were given a standard room on arrival . The window did not fit and a portable electric heater was provided as the radiator did not work. The paintwork was is a very bad state. It was only when we complained about the condition of the room that my original booking was checked and another two rooms were offered to us and we finally decided on a refurbished one. The hotel did give us a discount because we had requested an executive room and they could only provide a standard room.
