In Victorian times many Himley villagers worked for the Earl of Dudley, and their children were educated in the high beamed one room school house, this school house now forms part of our splendidly comfortable and stylish hotel. Set in a small hamlet just a ten minute drive from the towns of Dudley, Wolverhampton and Kidderminster, we are ideally placed for those with business in the area, especially those who prefer to sleep in peace and tranquillity, rather than the noise of the city. Just a few minutes walk is the magnificent Himley Hall, with golf course and picturesque landscaped gardens that were laid by the famous designer, Capability Brown.
We have 73 well appointed and elegantly decorated single, twin and double rooms that are superbly comfortable and have everything that todays discerning traveller looks for in their choice of accommodation. Good stuff: It was pleasantly quiet

Bad stuff: the furniture, fixtures and fittings were looking very 'tired'

Overall: The hotel served a need due to the closeness to our relatives and has been used been used by us previously. It represents very good value for money.
