Standing on the edge of Cranbourne Chase, in the wonderful Dorset countryside, we have the ideal location for guests who want to travel around the many and varied attractions that this region has to offer. Within easy reach of the magnificent Dorset coast, Salisbury Plain and the New Forest there is plenty to see and do.

The county of Dorset has many interesting and exciting things to see and do and whatever you like to do on your holiday, whether it's relaxing on the beach, swimming in the sea, experiencing breathtaking scenery or touring historic sights, we have the perfect location from which to do them.
Head South for a few miles and you are in Bournemouth - with it's beautiful beaches and safe swimming or Poole - the second largest natural harbour in the world and home to excellent sailing and water sports, plus magnificent blue flag beaches. A few miles East and you are in the spectacular New Forest or North and you are in Salisbury and Salisbury Plain, with a super Cathedral and the four thousand year old Stonehenge.
Our small establishment has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and you can expect to be treated more like friends, rather than paying guests. From the moment you arrive our helpful and courteous staff will be happy to assist you, whether it is something special to make you more comfortable or directions to the best local attractions.

Good stuff: Convenient for where I was going (Wimborne)

Overall: Generally much better than my previous stay here in that the staff had the correct room reserved which wasn't the case last time I stayed here and Breakfast was served at 7.30 as advertised which again wasn't the case last time when I had a flight to catch.So overall a great improvement... Top marks.
