Just a short distance from the sea side town of Hastings, our wonderful establishment is surrounded by the beautiful East Sussex countryside. A stylish and elegant hotel that has a long and varied history but now provides visitors to the area with a convenient and supremely comfortable place to stay.

Part of our superb establishment was reputedly built as a royal hunting lodge way back in the 15th century and is now surrounded by eight acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. With picturesque gardens, lawns and flower beds, plus a historic 250 year old Scottish pine that dominates the whole estate. The building has of course changed over its long history and it is a perfect blend of styles that form the charming and wonderfully elegant accommodation that you will find today.
We have fifteen well proportioned, elegant and stylishly decorated bedrooms that all have their own unique character. Each one is equipped with all of the facilities that even the most discerning traveller would expect to find in their choice of accommodation and you can be sure that you will have all you need to make your stay with us a really enjoyable and pleasant experience. When you arrive you will be greeted by one of our friendly and highly professional staff and you will soon realise that you have found the perfect place to make your base.
At the end of a long day working or touring the many attractions that the surrounding area has to offer, you can return to a peaceful and tranquil oasis, that has the ideal atmosphere for a relaxing and refreshing nights sleep. Sit in the comfort of our cosy lounge bar, or enjoy an aperitif before sampling the magnificent culinary delights that our experienced and imaginative chef creates for your pleasure.
