Set in 5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and with its own walled garden and vineyard, we can assure you of a peaceful and tranquil setting for a weekend break or relaxing holiday.
We are proud of the way in which the character and charm of the building has been perfectly merged with the needs and requirements of the modern traveller, and although every effort has been taken to conserve the history and heritage of its past, you will find all the modern conveniences you would expect from an establishment of this superior quality.
Winstons dinning room offers magnificent views across the Wiltshire countryside and serves an excellent traditional English cuisine, along with a selection of tasty and imaginative dishes created by our chef. With the vast majority of ingredients, fruit and vegetables grown in our own walled gardens, you are assured of a tasty treat each time you dine. We have a well stocked wine cellar or you can sample the fine white wines made from grapes grown in our own vineyard, they are for sale either with you meal or to take away with you.
We can also cater for your business or social gathering for up to 120 people. With three meeting rooms and the Fitzmaurice suite, which is ideally suited as both a banqueting suite for weddings and private parties or for hosting you conference or corporate event, you can relax and let our experienced staff ensure your event is a success..
