Right in the heart of the town our warm and friendly establishment has its own interesting history. Originally built in the 17th century as a Coaching Inn it has provided weary travellers with much needed accommodation and good food as they travelled through the area. This noble tradition is continued to this day, except that now we provide superbly comfortable and elegant accommodation and excellent food in splendidly calm and relaxing surroundings.
