A beautiful modern hotel set in the rolling Wiltshire countryside. With its own 18 hole golf course and many other leisure facilities there is plenty for you to do, or you could just sit and relax with a glass of wine in one of our comfortably furnished bars. Whatever you like to do, sit and relax and unwind from the stress of todays living, or a round of golf, followed by a workout in the leisure centre and a dip in the pool, you have found the perfect location.
We have 58 light, airy and extremely comfortable rooms that have all the facilities you may require to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. They are all en-suite and have satellite TV, direct dial telephone and hospitality tray. We are a child friendly establishment and creche facilities, cots, highchair and child's menu are available on request.
There are both twin and double rooms that have been adapted for use by those with mobility problems and we have easy access for wheelchair users throughout.
The restaurant serves an excellent menu of tasty and freshly prepared foods, with a selection of fine wines to complete your meal.

Good stuff: The accommodation was very nice but I would have liked to walk into a warm room and it was cold the heating was not on but once I turned it on it was fine.

Bad stuff: In your bar area it would feel more cosy if there had been blinds up at the windows it just makes the room feel cold and we did have to ask to have the aird conditioning turned off and the waiter said i will turn the heating on. to ha

Overall: The service was very good everywhere but on the first night i.e Thursday night the food was not presented very well neither was the breakfast on Friday morning it was just in one of those warm trays and was not very nice, however on Friday night we had another meal in the restaurant which was different again in fact it was so nice we asked if it was a different chef and was told yes it was, again in the morning the breakfast was brought to you individually and was lovely. It would also be good idea if you served Tea and Coffee in proper pots. I would say that all your staff were very friendly.

Good stuff: Convenient access to my customer's location and high speed wireless internet access available.

Bad stuff: I had difficulties the entire length of my stay with in-house (room-to-room) telephone calls, but there was no resolution. I also strongly recommend adding an electrical outlet that is not tied to the room switch operated by the key card - resetting the alarm clock every day was quite annoying, and even when I supplied an alternate card to leave the alarm clock energized, the housekeeping staff still removed it.

Good stuff: Ease of access and presentation

Bad stuff: Evening menu, only one fish choice which was not available.

Overall: Very nice place to stay even if you are not a golf addict, only regret is noot having enough time to try out the amenities, hope to come back and give them a go some time.
