Good stuff: Excellent welcome by the door men and most helpful when my husband hurt himself. Nothing was a problem to them.

Bad stuff: Car parking is not easy. Can be dangerous getting in and out. No tissues in the actual bedroom area.

Overall: Overall this was an excellent stay and we would most certainly think of coming again. One thing we were not happy about was that there was not an area in the lounge/bar for non smokers. On Sunday afternoon this area was very smokey, which made it not only uncomfortable for us but I know others were not happy too. Something for you to think about. The service in the dining area was again excellent all the staff were very friendly and always had a smile on there faces.
