A truly magnificent place to stay - our mansion dates back to 1720 and is set in gorgeous grounds that extend out over 500 acres. We are close to Bath making access easy and convenient. Our family run establishment is proud to present nicely decorated ensuite rooms with all home comforts.

Luxurious place to have that special weekend away or even arrange that special gathering or wedding. Lovingly restored and in keeping with the past era - furnishings, decor and an elegant style sweeps through the mansion.

As you enter our world you are flanked by beech and lime trees that leave a calming and serene effect on your soul. Green and vast lawns give you that feeling of expanse and there's a wonderful aura of tranquillity and serenity here.

We have thirteen suites and twenty-nine rooms which have all been individually designed with fabulous fabrics and fine furnishings - some are antiques. Ornaments and pictures complete the character filled rooms with charm. Marble bathrooms and super views across the parklands and gardens make a wonderful scene.

For those who love horses you can take a ride around the grounds from our very own Equestrian Centre. For those of you who prefer something a little less strenuous we have a number of leisure facilities for you to enjoy - the croquet lawn is popular in the summer time as are the tennis courts. Our Spa and beauty area is a fine place for everyone where you can take a good swim, have a personal fitness assessment and then relax in the sauna or steam room.

Alternatively afternoons can be spent with a Wiltshire Cream tea or even a full afternoon tea between 3pm and 6pm - divine!
