We are a small, cosy and extremely friendly establishment that is surrounded by all of the historic attractions that this wonderfully city has to offer and our perfect location makes us an ideal base for enjoying its many delights.

Located just few meters from the historic heart of this wonderfully city, all of its many delights are all within easy reach. With just a few minutes walk from our door you can browse the many historic shops and houses of Steep Hill, a superb medieval cobbled street that is lined by ancient buildings, quaint little shops and excellent restaurants - the Lincoln Life Museum, dedicated to the Lincolnshire lifestyle and people and of course the magnificent Cathedral, easily recognisable, stunningly beautiful and for generations the focal point of the city.
Our guests arrive at our wonderful Victorian establishment to be greeted by the owners or one of their dedicated and friendly staff. The building is superbly warm and welcoming, bright and airy with an authentic atmosphere that helps our guests feel at home. We have just five spacious, well equipped and wonderfully comfortable rooms that have all of the facilities that you would expect to find in an establishment of this quality. Please note that for the convenience and safety of all our guests all of our rooms are non smoking.
