A small hotel with a big welcome. That's what most of our guests think of our wonderful establishment and it is what brings many of them back time and time again. Just a short tram ride from the town centre we have the perfect location for a convenient and enjoyable holiday.

The traditional sea side guest house has had a bad press for quite a long time, the Middleton is a small hotel but is about as far from the traditional guests house as you can imagine. Privately owned and operated the atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly and as well as immaculately clean, wonderfully comfortable, and well equipped rooms, you will find that your hosts and their staff will do all they can to help you make the most of your time with us.
We have nine single, twin, double and family rooms that are elegantly decorated and have a peaceful ambiance that is ideal for a refreshing nights sleep. All rooms have private bathroom, although one room has a separate shower room right next door. Our family suite has two separate rooms, perfect for older children, giving parents a little, much appreciated privacy. Whichever room you choose you can be sure that it will be ideal for your needs.Please note that for the convenience and safety of our guests all of our rooms are non-smoking.
A choice of substantial breakfast is included in the cost of the room and is served in our elegant dinning room, where in the evening you can enjoy the superb home cooked cuisine that is freshly prepared for you. After your meal retire to our cosy lounge bar where you will find good company and a range of beers, wines and spirits.
