Our wonderful establishment was originally built as a mill house, next to the Cornwell Brook. Built of local Cotswold stone it has weathered the years with dignity and has been part of the Oxfordshire landscape since1086. Now it has been expertly and lovingly converted into a fine hotel, and provides our guests with the finest in elegant and comfortable accommodation, superb dinning in intimate surroundings and a level of attentive, personal and friendly service that is rarely found in a commercial establishment.

In our Mill Brook Room restaurant you can dine on the finest cuisine, with Cotswold reared beef and lamb, and fresh fish delivered overnight from Brixham harbour and the freshest, organic vegetables from the Vale of Evesham. With nothing but the best ingredients our chef creates a superb range of exquisite dishes.
