Our wonderfully friendly establishment is located on the famous promenade, opposite the sea front and within easy reach of all of Blackpool's many attractions. Superbly comfortable and ell equipped, we have a range of accommodation that is ideal for single traveller or families here on holiday.

We are located just a short tram ride from famous Blackpool tower, the pleasure beach and the many other attractions that have made the town of Blackpool so popular with holiday makers for well over a hundred years. We are in an area known as Bispham, just to the north of the town and popular with both holiday makers and business people,
We have just undergone a complete refurbishment and now have just sixteen spacious and well proportioned singe, twin and double rooms, with some of our double rooms large enough to be used as family rooms for families with younger children, cots and cribs can be provided. As a privately owned and operated establishment you can expect the highest standard of cleanliness and facilities. All of our rooms are en-suite and have been decorated using soft tones and harmonising colours, creating a wonderfully relaxed and soothing ambiance. With all of the facilities that you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay, we know that you will enjoy your time with us and, like many of our guests, will want to return and see us again. Please note that for the convenience and safety of all our guests we operate a no smoking policy throughout the hotel.
Breakfast is served in our cosy dinning room and is included in the price of the room, and in the evening our lounge bar provides a wide selection of bar meals, ales, wines and spirits.
