The harbour has been the heart of this sea side town ever since people first came to live here, long before it became a popular sea side holiday destination. The original harbour and its more modern counterpart the marina, are still one of the main reasons that people visit this picturesque sea side town.
Standing right on the harbour side you will find our delightful hotel, a magnificent Georgian building it is full of charm and character, with many of our rooms have wonderful views of the only 'Royal Harbour' in Britain, an title granted to the harbour in 1821 following the visit here of King George IV, who thought the harbour so beautiful that he gave it royal status. Just a couple of minutes walk from our door and you are on the award winning beach, with beautiful and safe, golden sands the ideal place for a family on holiday to spend the day.
With just thirty-four well proportioned and elegantly decorated twin and double rooms, some with superb views, we can accommodate the single traveller or family in comfort. Each room has everything that you would expect to find in an establishment such as ours. All of our rooms are en-suite with some rooms having a jacuzzi.
Breakfast is included in the cost of the room and we offer a choice of dinning options, with our Cafe Bar that serves bar snacks and light meals throughout the day, and our new Atlantis Sea Food Restaurant where the sea food is, as you might expect being so close to the sea, delicious.
