All of our 19 bedrooms are luxuriously comfortable, well proportioned and sumptuously decorated with antique furniture and fittings. As you would expect from an establishment of this quality all are en-suite with both bath and shower, and are equipped with all the facilities you could need to make your stay with us a memorable one. Some of the rooms benefit from either four-poster or half-tester beds for that extra feeling of luxury. Our Suite, room 47, has two double beds and is equipped for guests with mobility problems, it has level access, convenient grab-handles in the bathroom and a seat in the shower
Our restaurant is housed in the old milking parlour, that has been richly decorated with Olde-Worlde 'kitchenalia' and has a large and imposing carved stone fireplace as its centrepiece; if your there on a cold winters evenings, you can enjoy your meal in the warming glow from the fire.
The restaurant serves a great English breakfast, and for lunch and dinner there is a wide selection of award winning cuisine, from a table d'hote menu, with an accompaniment of fine wines.
The City of bath is a short drive or train journey away, and the world famous Stonehenge; Longleat House and Safari Park; and Cheddar Gorge are just some of the many places of interest that are within easy driving distance.
