 The stunning Sussex countryside is the backdrop to our magnificent guest house. Formerly a railway station, the building has been lovingly restored into a fine hotel with 8 magnificent rooms. Located in the picturesque Sussex countryside, this former railway station is now a magnificent guest house. Built in 1894, the guest lounge retains a wonderful 20 foot high vaulted ceiling which leads out to the former platform. This is now a magnificent venue for breakfast on a beautiful sunny morning.
There are 8 lovely guest rooms, which a comfortable and spacious. Attention to detail and careful preparation ensures that the rooms are clean and resplendent at all times. Our staff are polite and friendly and give a professional service, answering any questions you may have and attending to your needs.
Many of the original features have remained from the buildings station days. The lovely dining area backs on to what was the station master's office. This is now the kitchen and you can see the original ticket office windows. During the winter you can enjoy breakfast in front of a roaring log fire in the booking hall.
Our wonderful guest house is the perfect place to stay whether you are touring the south coast, or are just wanting a relaxing place to stay for a few days.
