Good stuff: The room was superb, very luxurious and well laid out.

Bad stuff: Check-in as given wrong information about the spa, so could't have any treatments which was the whole point of going.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Was told that we didn't have to book Spa in advance and didn't so it was fully booked. Very disappointed was the whole point of booking to have a spa break.
