Standing on a prestigious site in the heart of the town we are continuing a noble tradition of providing refreshment and accommodation for travellers to the area. The site was formally occupied by the King's Arms and from its ashes they built the modern and welcoming establishment that you now find. With twenty two well equipped and well proportioned rooms, our aim is to provide the perfect accommodation for you. All of our rooms are supremely comfortable and have everything that you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
We have just undergone a major refurbishment in our public areas and we now have a superb restaurant, private dinning area and a lively bar that is open to guests and locals. With a range traditional games and wonderfully friendly atmosphere we have plenty to keep you amused.
