 Our charming Victorian Manor House was converted into a hotel around thirty years ago and is now privately owned and operated. Set in the picturesque village of Exning and just ten minutes from the Newmarket racecourse we offer our guests friendly, personal service, excellent food and wines and superb accommodation.
We have recently completed a major refurbishment to our impressive Victorian Manor House and while we were doing this we have greatly improved the facilities for our guests by adding a large and elegant Victorian style conservatory that now houses our 100 seat restaurant. Although many changes have been made over the years to make certain we continue to provide the best possible accommodation, great care has been taken to retain the character, charm and Victorian ambiance of the interior.
With just 13 well proportioned, elegantly decorated and exceptionally comfortable rooms we provide our guests with everything they might expect from an establishment of this standard, as well as an extremely comfortable bed, each room also has a modern and stylish en-suit bathroom, with bath or shower and complimentary toiletries; central heating; opening windows; direct dial telephone; sitting area; colour TV with satellite channels and tea, coffee making facilities. Non smoking rooms are available on request.
In our new conservatory restaurant you can enjoy a culinary treat, with an exquisite menu of tasty and tempting dishes there will be something to satisfy everyones taste, all freshly prepared by our Chef, and served in relaxed and informal surroundings.
The beautiful architecture of the building and its picturesque setting make it the ideal place to hold a wedding reception and our experienced staff can assist you in arranging your big day; we offer a complete service, wedding reception, flowers, entertainment etc.
We are also able to host business conferences and corporate events, supplying everything from fully equipped conference suite, back up service, experienced staff, accommodation, catering etc.
Our location within a few minutes of the racecourse make us perfect for corporate receptions, before going on to the races.
