The English breakfasts here are splendid and filling. Well cooked fresh local produce is used when available and we serve up a great cup of coffee to get you going in the morning.

Hove is a delightful location to spend quality time near to the splendid seafront. Close to Brighton is has a more genteel feel and atmosphere than our neighbour. Yet having said that the pier and attractions are only a bus ride away.

Good stuff: Fresh contemporary accommodation within easy reach of amenities etc. parking arranged without fuss.

Bad stuff: Rubbish from previous occupants not removed from room; bed not made during stay.

Overall: Fresh contemporary accommodation within easy reach of amenities etc. Parking was arranged without fuss. The owner was friendly and hospitable. The receptionist struggled a little with English language but was helpful. Good breakfast facilities.
