Good stuff: The rooms were warm and clean.

Bad stuff: Must admit expected a bit more from an executive room, but remembering it was Derby meant it was adequate I suppose

Overall: Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much bother and it did have a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed it and would use again if staying in Derby.
