CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well. COMMENTS: Reception closes before 11pm. We do not accept late check-in (past 10pm) except by prior arrangement. A credit card is required as a gaurantee against non-arrival and damage and or breakage to Hotel Property. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. PAYMENT IS TAKEN ON ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL, so please remember to bring your credit card with you if you wish to use this method to pay. Please note that we charge 2% surcharge for all payment by credit card (4% charge on amex). We do not accept large parties (greater than 8 in number). Please contact Active Reservations who will contact us in order to discuss this. All bookings are at the discretion of the Hotel Management. If we have concerns about your booking we will attempt to contact you. Invalid contact details or a failiure to respond to our requests for discussion will result in cancellation of your booking. Late checkouts by prior arrangement and according to availability. No take-aways meals are allowed to be brought into the hotel. We regret we do not accept pets !!
