Situated 1 mile from the coast, our friendly hotel is ideal for holiday makers as well as business travellers. We have 18 lovely rooms which a bright and spacious and offer a comfortable nights sleep. The rooms are generously equipped and our staff are always friendly and helpful.

The hotel has easy access for visitors, with Shoreham Airport close by, as well nearby railway stations in Shoreham-by-Sea and Lancing.

Our hotel has 18 lovely guest rooms which are very comfortable and spacious. The rooms are always clean and well looked after and contain a number of facilities ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our staff are friendly and courteous and offer a profession but personal service.

Bad stuff: Shower was virtually unusable. extractor fan was deafening Bed was very short

Good stuff: Good size room,clean and comfortable.

Bad stuff: Traffic noise as room was facing the road.

Overall: I would have liked better directions to the hotel as it wasn't clear which way to go from shoreham and Brighton (coast road). Had to stop and ask in a pub in shoreham who were very helpful.
