Our modern and well equipped hotel is in the very heart of Shropshire in the new town of Telford. Just a couple of minutes off the M54 and close to the town centre we are ideally placed for visitors who want a convenient stop over or a comfortable base for exploring the area.

The town of Telford is a new town, built as an overspill for the cities of Wolverhampton and Birmingham, it has now grown to become a thriving, modern town with excellent shopping and leisure facilities. The M54 motorway runs through the town and links north and central Wales with central England, Birmingham and London. It is also very close (just a five minute drive) to the famous Ironbridge Gorge, a beautiful conservation area and the home of the worlds first 'iron bridge' that was cast in 1779 and still spans the river Severn. Because of this, the area is renown as the birth place of the industrial revolution.
Our establishment is also perfectly located for the business user as the Telford area has become home to many businesses, with many industrial parks that house a variety of businesses from very small, to large international renown companies. Whether your here to enjoy the many attractions or because you have business in the area, we are the ideal place to make your base. Convenient access to the motorway and close to the town centre everything is within easy reach.
We have 153 well proportioned, modern and tastefully decorated double rooms, each one equipped with everything that todays traveller needs for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, including stylish en-suite bathroom with bath or shower and complimentary toiletries; central heating; opening windows; trouser press; hairdryer; direct dial telephone; colour TV with satellite channels; radio alarm clock; smoke detectors; security chain on front door and a hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities. Non smoking rooms are available on request. We are a family friendly establishment and creche facilities; cots; cribs and high chairs are available on request, we also have a family room with an indoor play area, and a safe garden and outdoor play area.
Our restaurant offers a wide choice of excellent cuisine, with a choice of full A La Carte or table d'Hote, a perfect bottle of wine from our cellar will complete your dinning experience.

Good stuff: Rooms were clean

Bad stuff: Bedroom furniture shabby and spent an extremely uncomfortable night in beds that were well past their best. Bathrooms could also do with an update.

Overall: It was relatively inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area but on balance I wouls prefer to spend more and get a better nights rest!
