Good stuff: Very clean room, comfortable bed, very nice breakfast - large variety of good food and pleasant service.

Bad stuff: Parking, the hotel only offers limited parking. After a long drive the last thing you want is to be told to park your car a block away and then find its actually cheaper than if you had found a vacant space at the hotel! We had to get up in the morning and go back to the car park to top up the parking fee so that we could enjoy breakfast. Morming newspapers should be complementary. I have stayed all over the world in the last 18 months and not paid once for a morning newspaper! The windows in the room were on a security chain, we found this claustrophobic, fresh air would be nice at night.

Overall: The hotel receptionist spoke so quickly we didn't understand a word he said. We thought the morning paper was a nice addition until we were billed for it! Come on it doesn't cost you that much to add this nice little touch.
