Good stuff: the hotel is in a lovely area - and the food is excellent

Bad stuff: attention to detail

Overall: lovely hotel in delightful setting - the food is excellent and the staff friendly and efficient and helpful. We had a few problems - which were dealt with by the staff. We look forward to going again.
