Charming location on the south bank of the River Ness. You will find The Waterside Hotel just 3 minutes walk from the centre of the dynamic city of Inverness. A warm and friendly atmosphere suitable for families, couples and business people.

Excellent standards of service and a most hospitable team of staff to greet you and get your checked in to your chosen accommodation. We have 28 ensuite rooms on offer, all of which have been tastefully decorated and designed. Space, fine furnishings and comfortable beds all ensure you have a good night's sleep and can sit, read, watch TV and enjoy a refreshing cup of tea at your leisure.

Whilst there is no lift in the building, we are most ideally suited for day trips and have a lovely garden area where you can sit and enjoy lunch. The River views are breathtaking, the cocktails we serve are one of a kind and the food is good and wholesome - a popular stop off place for many people visiting the River Ness and Loch Ness.

However long you decide to stay with us, we would encourage you to see the nearby sites and attractions. There are a number of speciality stores in the centre of the city where you can indulge in your favourite shortbreads, scones, fudges, sweets, tartans and woollens.

Good stuff: proximity to river and town. Ideal position

Bad stuff: food is very expensive and very small portions. I had a bar meal - chicken goujons, but too small to even call it a snack!

Overall: I felt as infomred as I wantd to be. Information gaind frm the internet site.
