Completely refurbished in 2004 we have taken great care to improve and upgrade our magnificent hotel without detracting from the superb atmosphere of the original building. Built in the 15th century as a Coaching Inn, many thousands of people have, over the years, enjoyed excellent food and slept in the same rooms as our guests sleep in today.
