The lead party making the booking will be liable for the cost of any damage repair or additional cleaning required due to a client's actions. This may be charged to the debit or credit card provided as surety for the reservation at the time of booking. In addition, a surcharge of GBP 50 will become payable towards the cost of additional cleaning required to bring the room back to the standard expected by subsequent guests. This will be charged to the debit/credit provided as surety for the reservation at the time of booking.
Payment Information:
For payments made by credit card, a surcharge of 2% (American Express: 4.5%) will be added to the client's bill (there is no surcharge for payment made by debit card). Please note that any balance due is payable on arrival (not on checkout).
Deposit Information:
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total holiday cost, or the cost of the first night's stay (whichever is greater), is required at the time of making the booking. This will be charged to the debit or credit card provided as surety for the reservation at the time of booking. Where the booking is in respect of 2 or more rooms under the same booking reference, the deposit will be allocated between the rooms in proportion to the cost of each room and, in the event of cancellation or amendment of the booking or part of the booking, is not transferable between rooms.
