Our splendid establishment has been the focal point for the town of Woodbridge since it was first built as a Coaching Inn. It originally started life as a posting house for the Union Coach company, that ran a service from Norwich to the port of Ipswich in the 16th century. The tradition of providing wholesome refreshment and comfortable accommodation for travellers has continued to the present day, only now we provide superb, modern accommodation and exquisite food for our guests.
All of our 14 rooms have everything that you would expect to find in an establishment of this quality, they are spacious, light and airy and all have private en-suite bathrooms with bath or shower; central heating; remote control colour TV; direct dial telephone with a modem link enabling internet connection; tea, coffee making facilities and the room price includes a complimentary full English breakfast.
