Historical, arty and magical - there is plenty to see and do here in Stratford. From your chosen residence you can walk in to town and indulge in some retail therapy. Bridge Street is the start and leads in to High Street where you will find Nash House - the once home of Shakespeare and his family. High Street is filled with excellent shops. Head down to Sheep Street for smaller quality boutiques and stores and some really lovely intimate restaurants.

A further tribute to the great writer is paid at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre which sits in front of the Bancroft Gardens - playing host to open air entertainment during the summer months and a place where you can simply stroll and relax. The Elizabethan Gardens and New Place are not to be missed either.

For the sports minded there are a number of options - have a round of golf, practice your archery skills, spot of angling, watch a cricket match or take a horse riding trek. Opportunities for tennis and even sub Aqua Diving are all available at the numerous leisure centres in the town.
