Sports are varied with the option to work out in the gym and relax those aching muscles in the sauna each day. Get out and about in to the natural elements as you take to the hills and do some walking, study the bird life and wildlife, make the most of the photographic opportunities and see the many heritage sites in and around the area.
A quick gaunt down to the coastline for a bit of beach life if you like and only an hour to Swansea where you can take the ferry boat to Cork.
